Boston Studio Apartments

Boston studio apartments come in many different shapes and sizes. Depending on different factors, your Boston studio apartment could be anything from a closet sized room with uneven floors (we’re not big on renting these), to a grand luxury loft with tons of amenities. Here, we’ll go over what factors affect your choice of Boston studio apartments and why.

      1. Price - This factor is pretty obvious. The more you are willing to spend on your Boston studio apartment rental, the more you’ll get. Bear in mind, everything has a cost whether it’s square footage, amenities, or renovations. Most of the time, these things will go hand in hand in your studio. For example, you probably won’t find a Boston studio apartment with twice the square footage of your average studio but without any renovations. Odds are the landlord has updated that Boston studio rental in order to maximize income on an already large space. However, this doesn’t mean that it’s all or nothing when you’re performing a Boston studio search.

The important thing to do when budgeting for a Boston studio apartment is to prioritize your needs. Do you need a kitchen with granite counters and laundry in the studio? These things are going to crank up the price. If this makes the Boston studio apartment out of your financial reach, you need to decide which you could live without. Maybe you can find a nice Boston studio apartment with granite counters near a Laundromat. Maybe you can find a nice updated kitchen in a Boston studio rental that isn’t exactly top of the line, but looks nice and has laundry in the closet. It’s this kind of financial compromise that makes finding the right Boston studio apartment possible.

        2. Location - All Access Boston has Boston studio apartments in every part of town. We can rent you an Allston studio, a Brighton studio, a Back Bay studio, and so on. The fact is you could take an Allston MA studio apartment and cut it out, drop that same apartment into a building on Newbury St., and it will suddenly cost $400 more per month. Why? Location. Boston studio apartments that are in areas of high demand (closer to downtown Boston) will always cost more than similar apartments that are further away. People pay for convenience in their Boston studio apartments. You’d probably pay more for the ability to walk to work from a Back Bay studio if you didn’t like commuting. On the other hand, if you don’t mind a quick T ride, an Allston MA studio, Brookline studio, or Fenway studio might be the right apartment rental for you.

       3. Amenities - Do you go to the gym? A lot of people do. Does getting to the gym everyday cramp your style? Most likely. What if you lived in a Boston studio apartment with a gym downstairs? That would be pretty nice. What if there was a pool in the building where you rent your Boston studio apartment? That would be even nicer. Granted, these things cost money, but in a way, they can save you money too. Let’s say you pay $100 a month for a gym membership. Let’s also say that in your Boston studio apartment search, you found a rental in a luxury building that cost $200 more a month than a standard Boston studio apartment you had your eye on. Now, you don’t need that gym membership anymore. That saves you $100 a month. What if there also happens to be a café downstairs in your luxury building that had free WI-FI? If you were frugal and only used that internet, that could save you another $40 a month. Now you’re living in a luxury Boston studio apartment that’s only costing you $60 more a month than you would have been paying, plus you never need to worry about how to get to your gym…it’s right downstairs. Along with whatever other amenities are included, that convenience makes the luxury Boston studio apartment look pretty appealing.

There are of course other things that can affect your choice of Boston studio apartments. Included utilities, no realtors fee, even architectural styling can be the deciding factor when applying for a Boston studio apartment rental. The important thing when performing a search for Boston studio apartments is to be clear about what you want when talking to your All Access Boston real estate agent. The more information you give us, the easier it is for us to narrow down which Boston studio apartments will be right for you. We want you to be happy in your Boston studio apartment rental. Help us help you by letting us know exactly what your Boston studio apartment priorities are.
